Step 1:

This is a very through intake form. Please set aside an hour to sit down and and fill it out to the best of your ability. Yes, really.

I’ve asked every question I can think of upfront, in order to provide you not only with the right plan of action, but also to deliver the best coaching I can by putting myself in your shoes as I create it. This really helps me understand where you’re coming from, and it’s a powerful tool for reference when troubleshooting your specific needs.

Don’t worry. Set up after this part only takes a few minutes.

Step 2:

Create your account on Trainerize. Our main hub for communication, check-ins and of course your workout regimen. Simply enter your name and choose your own password.

Step 3:

Create your account on Feed4Function.com the advanced meal planning platform that will house all your nutrition guidelines and updates. You will need to provide payment info for the monthly fee of 10.99 usd Use code, Jasmine10 at checkout to save 1 dollar off.
