As your coach, I will always do my best to help you learn new processes, troubleshoot obstacles to make healthy progress and provide meaningful feedback for support. BUT I am not a mind reader.
In order for me to deliver results, I need you to be an active participant in your own success. Not only by doing your best to adhere to your plan, but by communicating openly and honestly with me.
You're expected to check-in weekly, but aside from stats and pictures, I need some context if something comes up or goes wrong in order to understand what your needs are and help you adapt accordingly.
I make myself available during the week to answer questions as well so that you're never left hanging on your plan. Helping you succeed is my number one goal, so I encourage you to reach out.
Coaching is a team effort that requires both of us show up for it to work. I hope you agree!
